A versatile and inviting space, perfect for hosting all types of events, from intimate meetings to lively gatherings. Featuring a large communal table, projection-friendly walls, and full access to kitchen facilities, the Common Room adapts to your needs whether for a 5 à 7, a launch event, a shoot, or a brainstorming session. Accessible to all via elevator, with access to an adapted restroom on the ground floor, this second-floor space combines functionality and inclusivity.

The Terrace is the perfect outdoor space for events, from the first rays of sunshine to golden sunsets. Offering stunning views of Mount Royal and downtown, this unique venue is ideal for summer cocktails, launches, 5 @ 7s, private receptions, or even a photoshoot under the Montreal sky. Adjacent to a mezzanine equipped with a kitchenette, the terrace is accessible by stairs only.
Please note: For safety reasons, children are not permitted on the Terrace. The space is available for adults-only events.
